We don't have to fuel Patrick's passion for the hospitality industry, the industry does that all on its own. It has been able to keep him passionate for the past 20 years. With the launch of iTesso there is now a product to match that enthusiasm.

Patrick is in charge of Business Development and since we are a global company, it keeps him busy night and day. His personal goal is to make sure that all our customers are happy customers. "We would like all our users to be ambassadors for our company and our software!"

Jan is our Chief Operations Officer. He has mastered the art of staying focused on his priorities despite the dozens of distractions that are fired at him every day. We don’t exactly know how he does it, but we are afraid to ask and jinx it. 

Jan has taught himself technical skills for which others attend classes for years. This ability has helped him to successfully head up our support department for almost a decade and it helps him in his current position as well.

In 2005 Erik joined to assist the management team and he simply refuses to go away. That's good, because we don't want him to leave either. With his extensive experience in international hotel business and global hospitality IT, he has been an invaluable asset to the company.

When we decided to create ITS RezExchange in 2008 we all agreed that Erik would be the right man to head it up. He was able to grow it into the million-transactions-a-year well-oiled machine it is today.

With her bright and sunny disposition, Rachel brings a refreshing ambiance with her wherever she goes. That makes her extra welcome in our sales team. In the past years in our support department, Rachel has amassed considerable knowledge of the ins and outs of the software we deliver as well as of our customers using the software.

It was one of the reasons we asked her for the role of Key Account Manager. "My goal is to provide excellent customer service to my accounts, as well as represent the client’s needs and goals within our organization to ensure the best quality possible." We think she's already reached that goal, but we are not telling her.

When you first meet Robert, you are overwhelmed by his charm. Then after a while, you find out it isn’t an act and that he’s really that likeable. That is a good quality to have in any roll, but especially in sales. Selling our products comes natural to Robert, because he has this inexhaustible enthusiasm for hotel technology in the broadest sense of the word.

 Robert’s focus is growing our customer base, both in breadth and in depth.  He will find new customers in our existing markets, but doesn’t shy away from penetrating new areas either. That’s what we like in the guy.

Patrick started creating trouble the day he started. He shares a first name with our CBDO, so we have decided to call this Patrick "Scully".

Scully joined us from IHG where he has participated as General Manager in many property openings for several of the IHG brands. He brings us comprehensive hospitality experience with a very practical approach. Refreshing for all concerned. 

Scully focuses on delivering iTesso to the Americas with the support of the entire Atlanta office.

As a former customer of Brilliant Hotel Software, Krispijn gained a unique insight in how his potential clients look at the process of buying and implementing a new system. This has given him the understanding of what really counts when making these decisions, since joining the company in 2005.

Krispijn is focused on expanding our presence in the UK with new acquisitions and further market penetration, while keeping a hands-on approach, working together with our account managers to ensure a satisfied customer base.

Rob became part of our account management team when he joined us in 2006. He was responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with all Benelux customers after the initial installation of our software. He acted as a critical link within our organization by translating the needs of our customers to every department in our company.

As Sales Manager Key Accounts he is now responsible for generating new sales, while still actively maintaining a healthy relationship with current customers.
