We are proud of the number of standard interfaces we have created. But we are even more proud of the non standard integration we have accomplished. Always keeping in mind the best possible solution for the customer, we work with the hotel company and the third party vendor to create the interface
protocol specification.
On property and off property
Nowadays, not only on property systems are connected to the PMS, off property system integration is just as common.
All this connectivity has made the average PMS installation much more complex than it was 10 or 15 years ago. Yet the time needed to do each installation was not increased proportionately. This is largely due to the increased simplicity of our software and the efficiency with which our experienced installers are able to hook third party systems into our systems.
